PT Ceria Nugraha Indotama (Ceria) is a mining company established on March 18, 1991 based on Notarial Deed number 29 issued by Mestariany Habie, Bachelor of Law, in Ujung Pandang or Makassar, Indonesia. At present, Ceria is fully owned by Indonesian share holder. In 2011, Ceria obtained a mining area with the size of 6785 hectares at Lapaopao Block through winning the auction as organized by the Indonesian Government. The affirmation of the winner of this auction was set forth in the Kolaka Regent’s Decree number 327 after which Ceria defeated 71 nationals and international companies participated in the auction.
